Hengli Branch Company
The person in charge is Gu Hongjiang. The branch company primarily focuses on construction projects for large state-owned enterprises and foreign-invested industrial projects, achieving significant success in sectors such as automotive, chemical industry, wind power, logistics and warehousing, and storage tanks. The Changshu Huayu project has completed acceptance inspection and final completion; the Zhangjiagang Quik project has passed fire safety acceptance; and the Huizhou Mobil Exxon project has finished foundation construction. Throughout the year, the company’s total construction output value exceeded 400 million yuan, and the value of newly signed contracts reached nearly 80 million yuan.

Petrochemical Branch Company
The person in charge is Yu Jin. Since its establishment in 2011, the branch company has consistently adhered to the business philosophy of “meticulous construction, first-class quality service, and striving for credibility.” It has been pioneering, pragmatic, and innovative, participating in numerous projects for Fortune Global 500 companies such as LANXESS, Heraeus, and Cargill in China. In 2025, its major construction projects include Section 3 of the land-based works for the Qidong Huisheng Offshore Equipment Base Project (dormitories and canteen) undertaken by Qidong Huisheng Offshore Equipment Co., Ltd., as well as maintenance and upkeep services for Albemarle Sichuan New Materials Co., Ltd. Throughout the year, the company’s total construction output value reached nearly 260 million yuan, and the value of newly signed contracts exceeded 280 million yuan.

Dongcheng Branch Company
The person in charge is Xu Weidong. The branch specializes in projects targeting foreign-invested markets, with petrochemicals as its core business. It is well-versed in the construction management requirements and procedures of foreign-invested companies and management firms. The team is based permanently in areas such as the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park, Zhangjiagang Chemical Industry Park, Qinzhou Chemical Industry Park, and Zhanjiang Chemical Industry Park. Through extensive and sustained promotion and high-quality service, Qian’an has built strong brand awareness and credibility. In 2025, the company’s construction output value exceeded 200 million yuan, and the value of newly signed contracts surpassed 150 million yuan.

The person in charge is Huang Lin. The branch company was established in 2022 and has been deeply rooted in the local public construction market. The projects it has undertaken—the Qidong City Fishery Development Industrial Park (Area A), (Area B), and (Area C)—as well as the Daya Market Complex Project in Qilong Town, Qidong City, have all exceeded their annual construction milestone targets, making a significant contribution to enhancing Qian’an’s brand presence in its hometown. Throughout the year, the company achieved a total construction output value of 350 million yuan.
From the Huazi area to Dongsheng Intelligent Manufacturing, from the Lüsi Daguang Fishery Development Industrial Park to the Daya Market Complex—by deeply cultivating the local market, we’ve consistently stood out, skillfully tackling tough challenges and earning high praise from our clients. The person in charge is Gu Xinhua. The branch company was established in 2021 and focuses on the construction of local projects. The Lüsi Fishing Port Jiayuan (East Area) project has successfully completed comprehensive completion acceptance. The commercial and residential supporting facilities construction project (Section II) for Plot 23036, Jiangsu Daya Real Estate Co., Ltd., has entered the fine decoration stage. The first-phase project of supporting buildings and outdoor auxiliary facilities in the Port Management Zone of the Lüsi Coastal Fishing Port Economic Zone in Qidong City has exceeded its phased targets. Throughout the year, the company’s total construction output value reached 285 million yuan, and the value of newly signed contracts approached 90 million yuan.

On the afternoon of February 13 (the 26th day of the 12th lunar month), the Group held its 2025 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony in the conference hall on the fourth floor of Qian’an Building. On January 20, the Group Company organized its first specialized training session on export tax rebates. Representatives from the Head Office Finance Department, Jinrun Finance Department, and relevant project departments attended the event. During the training, members of the Qingtian Technology software team provided detailed explanations covering three key areas: pre-emptive preparations for export tax rebates, practical procedures using Qingtian software, and important considerations for business operations. By combining theoretical review with hands-on demonstrations, the training enabled participants to quickly grasp the critical points of export tax rebate processing.
