The person in charge is Xu Hao. The branch company was established in 2007 and has achieved remarkable accomplishments in fields such as petrochemicals, mechanical and electrical installation, and photovoltaic new energy. In 2025, the company undertook and advanced several key projects, including the expansion of the central reserve grain storage facility with an additional 40,000-ton oil tank and its associated supporting facilities; the Runxiang Oil Products Terminal Project in the Sanyi Bridge Operation Area of the Gaoqiao Port District in Zhenjiang Port; the first-phase 50 MW fishery-solar complementary power generation project and the second-phase 20 MW integrated centralized photovoltaic project in Wuqiao Town; and the mechanical and electrical installation works for the Guanggang Gas Semiconductor Electronic Specialty Gas Project. Throughout the year, both the total construction output value and the value of newly signed contracts exceeded 150 million yuan.

Fifteenth Branch Company
The person in charge is Zhang Leilei. The branch company was established in 2014 and has been deeply engaged in the construction of new energy projects such as photovoltaic and wind power. At the same time, it undertakes civil engineering, interior decoration, and electromechanical installation projects. Its annual construction output value reaches 200 million yuan. The company continuously refines and optimizes its project management, successfully completing the grid-connected power generation of the Yuhuan 27 MW photovoltaic project and earning high praise from Jinko and the client.

Chao Li is driving the energy transition and charting a green future. In 2025, the 15th Branch has deepened its market presence and joined forces with Jinko to pursue a dual-track strategy in the clean energy sector—focusing on both photovoltaic and wind power. With benchmark projects, the branch is putting into practice its commitment to green development, delivering outstanding business results. The person in charge is Chen Yongfu. The branch company was established in 2019, and its core business includes maintenance, repair, and upkeep of industrial equipment. The company continuously promotes technological innovation, constantly optimizes its service system, and is committed to enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction. Throughout the year, the company achieved a construction output value of 130 million yuan and signed new contracts worth 150 million yuan. It has successfully completed numerous key engineering projects, including maintenance and operation services for Dow’s Zhangjiagang facility, Invista’s Shanghai plant, BASF’s Shanghai and Chongqing plants, Sisecos’ Changshu facility, Tichuang’s Shanghai plant, as well as the renovation project for BASF’s Zhanjiang integrated base and the Apra system upgrade project.

Good News Abounds | The Group Has Secured Multiple Emerging Industry Projects in Succession

In the golden autumn season, bountiful harvests abound, and new‑generation growth sectors showcase their strength. Since August, leveraging its deep-rooted expertise and core competencies in industrial installation, the Group has successively won bids for five key projects in emerging productivity fields, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 250 million, injecting robust momentum into its resilient year‑end performance.


Two QC achievements of the Group have been awarded at the National Engineering Construction Quality Management Achievement Competition.

Recently, the China Construction Industry Association announced the results of the 2026 Engineering Construction Quality Management Team Achievement Competition. Two QC projects submitted by the Group—“Improving the First-Pass Acceptance Rate for One-Time Forming of Exterior Concrete Moldings” and “Enhancing the First-Pass Welding Acceptance Rate for Dissimilar Steels”—were awarded second and third prizes, respectively.


The Group convened a special meeting to study and implement the spirit of the branch‑company representatives’ symposium.

On the afternoon of August 31, the Group convened a meeting of heads of regional companies and departmental offices in the fourth-floor conference room at its headquarters to deliberate on the implementation of the spirit of the symposium for branch‑office representatives held by the Group on August 30.
