The person in charge is Huang Jianfei. The branch company has long been committed to the construction of project technical renovation initiatives at grassroots units such as Shanghai Tobacco Group Co., Ltd. and its affiliated factories. Its primary construction projects include technical renovation projects for Shanghai Tobacco, Shanghai Cigarette Factory, Shanghai Jinding Printing & Packaging, and Shanghai Tobacco Printing & Packaging Co., Ltd. Over the years, the branch company has consistently allocated substantial funds to the group’s account, thereby providing crucial support for the group’s cash flow. Throughout the year, none of the projects undertaken by the branch company have experienced any safety, quality, or major incidents—large or small—and there have been no lawsuits or administrative penalties whatsoever.
For decades, we’ve been deeply rooted in Shanghai’s tobacco industry, meticulously cultivating and enhancing the Qian’an brand to make it truly outstanding. The person in charge is Xu Bing. Throughout the year, the branch company achieved a construction output value of nearly 40 million yuan and signed new contracts worth over 100 million yuan.

Jin Shun Branch Company
The person in charge is Song Minhua. The branch company has deeply cultivated the frontier markets, erecting one architectural landmark after another on the western frontiers of our motherland. On the afternoon of February 13 (the 26th day of the 12th lunar month), the Group held its 2025 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony in the conference hall on the fourth floor of Qian’an Building. On January 20, the Group Company organized its first specialized training session on export tax rebates. Representatives from the Head Office Finance Department, Jinrun Finance Department, and relevant project departments attended the event. During the training, members of the Qingtian Technology software team provided detailed explanations covering three key areas: pre-emptive preparations for export tax rebates, practical procedures using Qingtian software, and important considerations for business operations. By combining theoretical review with hands-on demonstrations, the training enabled participants to quickly grasp the critical points of export tax rebate processing.
