2025 Annual Responsibility and Commitment Award

Fifth Branch Company
The person in charge is Huang Jianfei. The branch company has long been committed to the construction of project technical renovation initiatives at grassroots units such as Shanghai Tobacco Group Co., Ltd. and its affiliated factories. Its primary construction projects include technical renovation projects for Shanghai Tobacco, Shanghai Cigarette Factory, Shanghai Jinding Printing & Packaging, and Shanghai Tobacco Printing & Packaging Co., Ltd. Over the years, the branch company has consistently allocated substantial funds to the group’s account, thereby providing crucial support for the group’s cash flow. Throughout the year, none of the projects undertaken by the branch company have experienced any safety, quality, or major incidents—large or small—and there have been no lawsuits or administrative penalties whatsoever.
For decades, we’ve been deeply rooted in Shanghai’s tobacco industry, meticulously cultivating and enhancing the Qian’an brand to make it truly outstanding. No matter how turbulent the industry may become, our original commitment to Qian’an has remained unwavering. What does it mean to be bound by shared bloodlines—the very roots of Old Qian’an? Tens of millions in funding have continuously flowed into Qian’an, weaving us into a community of shared destiny!
This is the vision and sense of responsibility of the Fifth Branch!

Jinhui Branch Company
The person in charge is Xu Bing. The branch company places great emphasis on operational quality and financial management, actively launching special campaigns to collect accounts receivable, efficiently recovering project funds, and ensuring that large-sum payments are promptly remitted to the group company’s account, thereby providing strong support for the group’s overall cash flow security and stable operations. Throughout the year, the branch company achieved a construction output value of nearly 40 million yuan and signed new contracts worth over 100 million yuan.
Regardless of the company’s achievements as a comprehensive service provider in the industrial chain, its outstanding contributions to the formulation of national industry standards, or even its winning of the Shanghai Municipal Award for High-Quality Installation Projects—what makes Jinhui truly remarkable and brilliantly shining is its unwavering willingness to step up time and again, pouring out substantial sums of real money to help the group overcome difficulties! Tell me, who could possibly match such a heavy and profound sense of responsibility?!

Jin Shun Branch Company
The person in charge is Song Minhua. The branch company has deeply cultivated the frontier markets, erecting one architectural landmark after another on the western frontiers of our motherland. Since the beginning of this year, it has demonstrated a high sense of political responsibility and a broad strategic perspective in its efforts to recover outstanding debts and settle arrears, consistently adhering to the guiding principle of “boldly shouldering heavy responsibilities and daring to act with integrity and effectiveness.” Faced with complex situations and daunting tasks, the team has proactively risen to the challenge, meticulously planning and precisely focusing its efforts. Not only has it successfully achieved its established debt-collection targets, but it has also made breakthrough progress in mitigating systemic financial risks and safeguarding the Group’s asset security. Its work initiatives are solid, implementation is powerful, and the results are remarkable, fully embodying the spirit of taking the lead and serving the overall situation.
