Group Company Organizes Special Meeting on Real-Name System Management Exchange

On August 25, the Group organized a special meeting on real-name system management exchange at the 23036 Plot Project Department of Huagen Branch. The meeting was hosted by Nantong Company, adopting a "offline main venue + online sub-venue" linkage mode, with nearly 30 real-name system management personnel attending on site. Group Chief Economist Fan Hongyan attended the meeting and delivered a speech. She pointed out that the company has always closely followed national policy guidance and led industry development in real-name system management, achieving remarkable results; at the same time, real-name system management is the company's "ballast stone" and "core support" to ensure labor compliance, protect the legitimate rights and interests of labor personnel, and prevent labor disputes. For the next phase of work, she put forward clear requirements from three dimensions: "strengthening the responsibility chain, optimizing management processes, and enhancing collaborative linkage," to unify thinking, gather strength, and point the direction for all participants. During the meeting, Wu Ye, head of the Group's Human Resources Department, Lu Zhuyi from the labor service company, and Du Zehua from the 23036 Project Department respectively gave functional demonstrations, policy interpretations, and practical sharing, further helping grassroots units improve work efficiency while strengthening the real-name system management defense line. Participants also conducted on-site observations of real-name system implementation scenarios such as the personnel registration window and facial recognition attendance terminal at the 23036 project site. This exchange meeting, through a three-dimensional model of "experience sharing + policy interpretation + on-site practice," injected new momentum into the Group's real-name system management. Next, all units of the Group will take this meeting as a starting point, effectively transforming meeting deployments into concrete actions, continuously optimizing real-name system management measures, and providing a solid guarantee for the compliant and efficient construction of Group projects.
