The Group's Southern Company and Jinrun Branch Jointly Conduct Project Refinement Management Observation and Learning

On September 6th, the Group's Southern Company and Jinrun Branch jointly organized a project refinement management observation and learning activity, with relevant personnel from Jinrun, Jinshun, Jinkun, Jinyin Hao and other branches participating.
At the Guangxi Huayou New Materials Project Department, the person in charge, Shi Jianshuai, gave a detailed explanation of how the project department tackled the issue of passive project management by building a proactive technical management system. They made full use of information tools such as Primavera and Navisworks to achieve automatic data collection, processing, and circulation, reducing manual intervention and improving management efficiency. Afterwards, participants conducted on-site observations at various construction points, gaining a more intuitive understanding of specific technical details and important management points; they also deeply discussed innovative measures such as "standardized online form reporting, VBA programming for construction daily reports, and self-developed financial systems." The project department showcased highlights in standardized management, information technology application, and factory prefabrication, which greatly inspired the observers.
Cai Ting, head of the Jinrun Branch, stated that through this observation activity, replicable and promotable practical experiences were provided to sister units. At the same time, further exploration is needed to establish a normalized benchmarking learning mechanism to promote the transformation of "benchmark experiences" into "common practices," helping to improve the company's overall refined operational management level.
