  On February 14, the group's Jinrun branch company held a work meeting at the beginning of the year in conjunction with Nantong Company and the labor company. The company's vice president, Cai Ting, led the participants to deeply study the work report spirit made by the group's chairman, Yin Weidong, at the third session of the seventh shareholders' meeting, requiring all employees to profoundly understand the report's spirit and effectively unify their thoughts and actions with the group's decision-making arrangements, promoting the implementation of various tasks with a high sense of responsibility and mission. The meeting also comprehensively deployed key work tasks for the year 2025.

  On February 15, the group's Jinyinhao branch company held a work meeting to study and implement the spirit of the group's third session of the seventh shareholders' meeting. The branch manager, Huang Kai, required management personnel to focus on projects, strengthen project management, and improve management levels; strictly manage safety, meticulously identify risks, pay attention to hidden danger investigations, and resolutely prevent major safety accidents; pay attention to various risk prevention and control, actively resolve litigation risks, track receivables and payables in real-time, work meticulously, and strengthen inspections; strive to move forward, actively work to achieve the 2025 work goals and excellence goals, and contribute to the group's sustainable development.  On February 19, the group's cost management department organized an activity to study the spirit of the third session of the seventh shareholders' meeting. After a detailed interpretation of the work report made by the chairman, the company's vice president, Ma Chunfeng, required all department personnel to deeply understand the spirit of this meeting, clarify the overall idea of the cost management department "controlling costs, improving efficiency, and preventing risks," and double efforts to ensure the OA platform module goes online and produces practical results, innovate work methods, strengthen work style, solidly perform their duties, and safeguard risk prevention and control to ensure the sustainable development of the Qian'an cause.  Since late February, the group's Shanghai company has successively visited the construction front lines of the Lingang 103 Energy Station project, the Shanghai Chuangji project, and the small nucleic acid drug project, focusing on promoting the spirit of the work report made by the group's chairman, Yin Weidong, at the third session of the seventh shareholders' meeting, and carried out safety inspections for resuming work and production after the holiday.  On February 19, the Chongqing company came to the Tongliang Kaisheng Junheng project to promote the spirit of the group's third session of the seventh shareholders' meeting. In early November, it was learned from Document No. 3 [2025] issued by the Nantong Human Resources and Social Security Bureau that 16 employees from the Group Company—Ni Dongchen, Qin Bingyan, Gu Zhuhai, Xu Min, Liu Yunfeng, Xu Shaowei, Xu Jianhua, Mo Yanbo, Wu Lin, Zhao Ruihu, Yao Bin, Wei Wei, Gong Zhengrong, Lu Yongbo, Hong Jinxin, and Tang Yin—have successfully passed the Jiangsu Province Nantong City Senior Professional Technical Qualification (Associate Senior) evaluation for construction engineering, marking the highest-ever number of promotions in the company's history.

On November 11, the website of the Provincial Construction Industry Association announced the winners of the 2025 Jiangsu Province "Quality Month" Construction Engineering Quality Knowledge Competition. The Group won the second-place team award, and two individuals received the special third-place prize for project managers.
