On February 14, the group's Jinrun branch company held a work meeting at the beginning of the year in conjunction with Nantong Company and the labor company. The company's vice president, Cai Ting, led the participants to deeply study the work report spirit made by the group's chairman, Yin Weidong, at the third session of the seventh shareholders' meeting, requiring all employees to profoundly understand the report's spirit and effectively unify their thoughts and actions with the group's decision-making arrangements, promoting the implementation of various tasks with a high sense of responsibility and mission. On February 19, the group's cost management department organized an activity to study the spirit of the third session of the seventh shareholders' meeting. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
