On the afternoon of February 13, the group organized a mobilization meeting for the regional companies at the beginning of the year, attended by deputy positions and above from each regional company. Chairman Yin Weidong took time to attend the meeting and gave a speech. He requested that each regional company promote the spirit of the third session of the seventh shareholders' meeting and the work meeting at the beginning of the year in various forms, at multiple levels, and in all aspects to the front lines of the subsidiaries and project departments, especially to effectively communicate and explain key tasks such as cost management, centralized procurement, and personnel deployment. At the same time, the chairman asked regional leaders to keep pace with the current changes in the market environment, actively and proactively adjust their work ideas, methods, and means, and assign dedicated personnel to closely monitor key units and difficult issues within the region, ensuring that everything has results.
