Chairman Yin Weidong took time to attend the meeting and gave a speech. He requested that each regional company promote the spirit of the third session of the seventh shareholders' meeting and the work meeting at the beginning of the year in various forms, at multiple levels, and in all aspects to the front lines of the subsidiaries and project departments, especially to effectively communicate and explain key tasks such as cost management, centralized procurement, and personnel deployment. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
