The meeting was chaired by General Manager Zhang Jian.

The Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman Yin Weidong represented the board of directors to deliver a work report titled "Resilient Survival, Steadfast Progress, Striving for Sustainable Development of Qian'an Business." The chairman emphasized that uncertainty will continue to increase in 2025, risk pressure will not decrease, and various unpredictable crises may occur at any time. We must adhere to bottom-line thinking, cultivate strategic patience, strengthen confidence in "surviving through crisis," and enhance measures for "resilient development"; we must achieve "three invariants": first, the goal of "surviving through crisis" remains unchanged, further solidifying the foundation of a hundred billion enterprise; second, the confidence in "overcoming difficulties to survive" remains unchanged, and we will never relax in preventing and resolving various risks and conflicts; third, the hope of "reforming to survive" remains unchanged, striving to stimulate the endogenous development momentum of the enterprise through innovation.

To this end, the chairman proposed the guiding ideology and general principles for work in 2025, and put forward four aspects of work requirements. First, face difficulties head-on, seek opportunities in crises, and enhance confidence in "surviving through crisis"; second, leverage our strengths, strengthen operations, and increase resilience in "surviving through crisis"; third, improve measures, deepen services, and enhance the guarantee for "surviving through crisis"; fourth, work together and forge ahead.Enhance confidence in surviving through crisis. The chairman pointed out that 2025 is the concluding year of the 14th Five-Year Plan, and doing well in this year's work to achieve resilient survival and steadfast progress is particularly significant and far-reaching.

During the conference, exchanges were made on related work such as operations, quality, safety, enterprise management, finance, and cost control. The meeting also heard the work report of the Supervisory Board for 2024 and the financial work report, and the conference voted to approve these three reports.
