The group company's comprehensive training after the Spring Festival in 2025 has successfully concluded.

From February 6 to 9, the group company organized comprehensive training after the Spring Festival using the "cloud classroom" method. The training covered various aspects including quality, safety, operations, legal affairs, and human resources, with a total of 12 professional knowledge exchange sessions (3 discussion sessions and 9 live broadcast sessions), totaling over 20 hours of training. In addition to business exchanges hosted by departments such as the Engineering Department, Safety Installation Department, Marketing Department, Legal Department, and Corporate Management Department, we also invited Director Cao Ye from the Qidong Emergency Management Bureau to give a lecture on production safety. The various training sessions were closely aligned with actual projects, filled with practical content, and included a quiz with prizes to timely assess and feedback on the training results. There was frequent two-way interaction between students and teachers, creating a strong learning atmosphere. According to statistics, a total of 2,201 participants took part in this comprehensive training activity.

Currently, the DingTalk group still retains all recorded courses from this training. By the end of February, the comprehensive training courses will be uploaded to the Qian'an Online Education Platform by profession and chapter for everyone to review and reference.
