Through this system, the aim is to accelerate the training process of compound talents, accurately and effectively address the thorny issue of structural talent shortages, and actively promote employees' career development across multiple positions, thereby fully tapping into and maximizing employees' potential. In the long run, the smooth implementation of the project delegation system will achieve a win-win situation of enhancing the personal capabilities of delegated personnel, efficient operation of project teams, and stable development of the group company, making it a highly forward-looking and effective talent management measure.
