The group company organized a meeting to promote the project delegation system.

On the afternoon of February 21, the group company held a meeting in the 16th-floor conference room to promote the management system for project delegation personnel, attended by the responsible leaders and department heads from various lines of the company.

The group's chief economist, Fan Hongyan, first provided a detailed introduction to the "Management Rules for Project Delegation Personnel," offering an in-depth and accessible interpretation of the various clauses in the management rules, allowing participants to gain a clearer and more comprehensive understanding of the system. During the interpretation process, participants attentively listened to each key point and actively provided suggestions for the relevant implementation policies of the management rules based on their own work experiences, creating a lively discussion atmosphere.

At the end of the meeting, the group general manager, Zhang Jian, summarized and emphasized that the project delegation system is a top priority for the group's human resource management measures in 2025. It mainly involves the systematic arrangement by the group company for personnel from the headquarters, regions, and directly affiliated units to be stationed at the construction front line. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
