1Fifteenth Branch Company "A Reinforcement Device for Concrete Component Molds" R&D Team

This invention relates to the field of mold reinforcement technology. The concrete component mold reinforcement device includes a mounting frame, which is set in an inverted "convex" shape. In the middle position of the mounting frame, there is a vacancy compensation mechanism, with fixed sliding blocks on both sides of the vacancy compensation mechanism. In this invention, when fixing small concrete component molds, two mold clamping components expand away from each other. When fixing molds with a larger width of concrete components, two mold clamping components need to expand, and then the vacancy compensation mechanism pops up. The two mold clamping components need to expand, and then the vacancy compensation mechanism pops up, with the side sliding blocks sliding out from the compensation shell, thereby increasing the device's range of fixing concrete component molds of different widths. After contraction, the overall length of the device is 1/3 of the expanded length, greatly reducing the length of the device and facilitating the carrying by workers.

2Third Branch Company "Integrated Wear-Resistant Precision Leveling Floor Embedded Installation Dual-Track Combined Vibration Beam Construction Method" Team

Through construction practice and analysis, the team has formed the "Integrated Wear-Resistant Precision Leveling Floor Embedded Installation Dual-Track Combined Vibration Beam Construction Method." This method involves installing tracks (also known as sliding rails) on the upper part of the reinforced framework of the cast-in-place structural layer, embedding two detachable tracks at the upper end of the reinforced framework in each pouring section. The upper surface of these two tracks is flush with the upper surface of the cast-in-place concrete layer, controlling the flatness and levelness of the wear-resistant floor. The combined vibration beam is used for vibration and leveling, and the sliding rails are removed before the concrete begins to set, achieving an integrated pouring and forming of the cast-in-place structural layer and the wear-resistant floor decorative surface layer, avoiding the drawbacks of layered pouring, and solving the problems of hollowing, cracking, and unevenness in the floor. The surface flatness is controlled within 3mm/2m, and the levelness is controlled within 15mm/25m, achieving precision leveling. This reduces subsequent leveling wet work, saves costs, accelerates progress, promotes green construction, and reduces material consumption, with broad application prospects.

The award speech for the Annual Innovation Team is —

Wisdom as wings, new quality as soul. Transforming a small concrete component mold reinforcement device into a grand national invention; refining the integrated wear-resistant precision leveling floor embedded installation dual-track combined vibration beam construction process into a practical provincial method. What is reinforced is not just the device, but also the ability to innovate; what is polished is not just the lengthy effort, but also the endless pursuit of enlightenment. Praise: Innovation is always the soul that pulses within the craftsmen of Qian'an!
