2024 Annual Person of the Year
Chen Fei, Deputy General Manager of the Group, Head of Jinheng Optoelectronics Branch, joined Qian in 2012 to establish the branch, is a member of the Qidong City Political Consultative Conference, and an outstanding entrepreneur in the construction industry of Qidong City. In 2013, he began to venture into the first photovoltaic project in Qinghai. To date, Jinheng Optoelectronics Branch has always been a leader in the national photovoltaic power generation industry. With General Secretary Xi's proposal to achieve the goals of "carbon neutrality and carbon peak" by 2030, Jinheng Optoelectronics has been continuously striving for this goal, locking in multiple resources, and conducting in-depth cooperation with several large central enterprises and state-owned enterprises such as the State Energy Group, China Electric Power Construction Group, and Qidong Urban Investment, striving for large-scale leapfrog development in the coming years.

Yin Weibiao, a member of the Communist Party, joined Qian in 2002, Deputy General Manager of the Group, Head of Maosheng International Branch. He has long been rooted in the fields of foreign investment, biomedicine, and food engineering, establishing numerous monuments in the foreign investment market. In 2024, despite the challenges posed by the external environment, he still led the entire Maosheng company to face difficulties head-on, fully expanding the market, achieving an annual construction output value of 720 million, signing new contracts worth 590 million, and paying service fees of 14.88 million.

In late July, the Group emerged victorious from among numerous competing bidders, successfully securing the contract for the electromechanical installation works of a 12 GW per annum photovoltaic solar cell project, with a contract value exceeding RMB 60 million.

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects. Yin Weidong, Chairman of the Group, graciously received the delegations, while General Manager Zhang Jian, along with Deputy General Managers Song Hongliang and Cai Ting, also attended the meetings.

On July 15, Yuan Jie, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Nantong Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Vice President of the Trade Promotion Council, led a delegation to the company for a special research visit on the group’s overseas contracting project development.
