2024 Advanced Project Department

1) Hengli Branch Huayu Vision New Intelligent Vehicle-mounted Vision Equipment Base Project Department

Project leader Gu Quan Feng, general contracting project, construction period from June 2, 2024, to June 3, 2025, with a building area of 85,173.85㎡, contract amount nearly 300 million, and 500 construction workers. New technologies, new processes, small inventions, and micro-innovations are adopted during construction to reduce costs. Implementing the "bright identity, whistle-blowing" system, effectively tightening safety supervision responsibilities, ensuring that personnel on the construction site maintain a good working state at all times. On December 9, the main structure of the project was successfully capped. In the group's comprehensive inspection in the second half of the year, it achieved excellent results, ranking first in safety and quality, and second in real-name system.

2) Maosheng International Branch Chun'an (Hangzhou Qiandao Lake) Whiskey Brewing Project Department

The project is a general contracting project with a total contract price of 164 million, starting on April 30, 2024, and scheduled for completion on October 18, 2025. It is divided into industrial land and social parking land, with the industrial land area of 22,181.88m².², the total area of social parking land18107.05m², main buildings: distillation workshop, fermentation workshop, comprehensive factory building, traffic corridor, sewage treatment plant, fire pump room, public station building, outdoor sewage pool, silo wheat tank, social parking reception area, social parking supporting facilities, emergency accident pool, etc. The project department has taken a series of response measures such as preparing various plans in advance, customizing manpower and material plans, and reasonably arranging construction processes to address the challenges of multiple buildings, extensive construction areas, many hazardous plans, and strict government control of key projects. Currently, the project is proceeding in an orderly and compliant manner, with all construction progressing as planned.

3) Jinheng Optoelectronics Branch China Electric Power Construction Gansu Jingyuan 100,000-kilowatt Photovoltaic Project Department

The project is another large-scale photovoltaic power station EPC project in cooperation with China Electric Power Construction, with a contract amount of 220 million. Project manager Zhang Xinhua, started on August 28, 2023, with 500 construction workers. Located in Beitan Town, Jingyuan County, Baiyin City, Gansu Province, the project terrain unit belongs to loess hilly areas, with slightly undulating terrain within the site, an elevation of about 1,700 meters, and a total area of approximately 4,059 acres. The construction scope includes the main photovoltaic power generation plant, 110kV booster station, 35kV collection lines, roads, and related auxiliary facilities, as well as construction, installation, debugging, testing, inspection, grid connection, and trial operation. The project department organized elite teams to overcome many difficulties such as large project scale, resource scarcity, and extensive external coordination. Through strengthening resource guarantees, expedited measures, and plan management, they managed to complete the booster station in just three months, despite receiving the grid connection approval on September 30, 2024, completing equipment entry, installation, and debugging, with all factory construction completed. Due to the owner's outgoing line being under construction, grid-connected power generation is expected in early March 2025.

4) Jinhui Branch Shanghai Zhaowei Small Nucleic Acid Drug Industrialization Research Project Comprehensive Electromechanical Engineering Project Department

The project manager is Gong Zhengrong, located in Fengxian District, Shanghai, with a contract price of 96 million. The total building area of the project is 273,861m², and the contract construction scope involves three major construction areas: public engineering station, ordinary warehouse, and overall basement. The construction content includes the installation of 9 large freezing machines, 17 water pumps, over 300 distribution cabinets, over 300 fans, and various related processes, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing specialties. The project started on March 1, 2024, and is scheduled for completion in November 2024, with a total construction period of 245 days. The project has now completed mechanical construction and has entered the overall debugging phase.

5) Dongcheng Branch Shanghai Electric Power Lingang 103 Science and Technology Innovation Headquarters Bay Project Energy Station Engineering Project Department

Project leader Yang Chunhua, located in the Shanghai Lingang Reburn R&D Headquarters Base, is the first large-scale comprehensive energy station in the Lingang New Area. It started construction on August 13, 2024, with a contract price of over 42 million. The project is equipped with two 10,000m3 energy storage water tanks, with a planned cooling capacity of 49,200 RTH and a heating capacity of 132,953 kWh; it is equipped with four 1,550 RT chilled water (heat pump) units for summer cooling and winter heating, with a single unit heating capacity of 5,500 kW in winter; it is also equipped with four chilled water units with a cooling capacity of 2,500 RT for summer cooling. The construction content involves multiple specialties such as process, electrical, HVAC, and automation. The project team has taken measures to address key difficulties such as high floor height in the construction area, large equipment hoisting, high welding requirements for large pipe diameters, and hoisting difficulties, including using hydraulic lift vehicles for operations throughout the site, preparing various special plans in advance, reasonably arranging construction process plans, and adopting new technologies such as BIM and factory prefabrication. Currently, construction on site is proceeding normally.

6) Fifth Branch Taicang Haiyan Re-manufactured Tobacco Leaf Production Line Construction Project Process Equipment Supporting Installation Project Department

Project manager Fan Jiahua, located in the Taicang Port Development Zone, with construction dates from March 10, 2024, to December 19, 2024. The new joint workshop covers an area of 19,785.64㎡. The construction content involves the installation of mechanical equipment and process pipelines and electrical systems, with complex core mechanical equipment installations such as dryers, vibrating screens, homogenizers, and decorticators. The technical indicators such as elevation, levelness, coaxiality, verticality, and parallelism are numerous and have high requirements. For example, the horizontal tolerance of the dryer relative to the reference point is required to be within ±0.5mm, and the torque of the vibrating screen motor bolts is 300nm. The project department has formed a professional technical team, carefully planned, organized, and coordinated, overcoming many difficulties such as complex processes and high installation precision requirements. Currently, all indicators meet the owner's and contract specifications.

7) Twelfth Branch Nantong Taisheng Blue Island Deep Sea Floating Wind Power Foundation Key Technology R&D and Industrialization Project Steel Structure Factory General Contracting Project Department

The project is located in Qidong Yinyang Shipbuilding Industrial Park, with a total building area of 33,579 square meters, a contract price of 84.8 million, starting on September 8, 2024, and a contract completion date of October 17, 2025. Project manager Zhao Haijian. It mainly includes the construction of six units: a new surface treatment workshop, a spray painting workshop, a structure workshop, an outfitting workshop, a Class A warehouse, and a second warehouse. The main structure includes a 54-meter span grid roof and a 42-meter span portal steel frame roof. The reconstruction part includes the main factory building's 3F and 4F workshops (300T/500T roller frame track foundation, plate rolling machine foundation, 200T flatbed truck track foundation, heavy-duty floor, etc.), with a peak construction workforce of 250 people. The project uses new materials such as high-strength, weather-resistant steel and energy-saving technologies, advanced steel structure construction techniques, and robotic welding, receiving praise from the owner and laying a solid foundation for future business acquisition.

8) Jinsun Branch Bazhou Cultural and Art Center Project Electromechanical Installation and Fire Protection Engineering Project Department

The project is located in Korla City, Bayingolin, Xinjiang, with a total construction area of 42,300 square meters, divided into southern and northern areas. It is a large public building that integrates performance, art, culture, and leisure, with a contract amount of 63.23 million yuan. The project leader is Huang Chen, and construction started on September 25, 2023, with a planned completion date of August 30, 2025. The project also involves the installation of a 36-meter large-span steel structure and the construction of 21-meter ultra-high concrete. The theater has a special-shaped grandstand structure and a double-layer curtain wall design system, making the construction difficult. The project team innovatively uses a combination of steel pipe columns and Bailey beams as the support system for the super-limit beams, employing Midas Gen to establish design model calculation results, ensuring the safety and stability of the support system through digital intelligence.

9Jinrun Branch Company Yinxiang Whiskey Manor (Hangzhou Qiandao Lake) New Factory Project Department

The project is located next to the visitor center in the northeast lake area of Qiandao Lake, covering an area of 45,800 square meters, with a contract price of 142 million yuan, comprising a total of 17 units. The project leader is Gu Huanglei. Construction started on September 9, 2024, and is expected to be completed by September 30, 2025. Currently, there are 130 workers on site daily. The project is situated on a mountain, and the geological conditions during construction are complex, with significant challenges in constructing underground buildings, foundations, and underground pipelines. Strictly adopting a combined construction method of permanent and temporary works to reduce secondary excavation to avoid affecting the foundation and main structure. Before the end of the year, all underground foundations and pipelines of the factory area will be completed, and some units will be capped.
