The beauty of spring is seen in Qi'an. On March 28, the Group’s Nantong regional company held a 2017 spring work conference at the Huaxia Hall in Qidong Hotel. More than 100 people including all the staff of the Nantong company, heads of the branches, persons in charge of project departments, and other personnel involving business, quality safety, and finance, major project managers, outstanding representatives of university students and so on attended the meeting. Lu Fei, general manager of the group, and heads of the functional departments were invited to attend the meeting.

Cai Ting, manager of Nantong regional company, made a report entitled "quality and efficiency, innovation and success, steadily promoting the development in the Nantong region" in light of the spirit of the sixth session of the 2nd shareholders’ meeting of the group, and based on the realities of the region. The report specified the indicators issued by the group, and deployed the goals and plans for 2017. Chen Ke from Nantong company imposed requirements on the financial management of the company; Lin Tao, Zhang Hui, and Huang Lin respectively exchanged experience in the aspects of direct sale projects, overseas projects, operation and bidding. The Meidao branch, Limengduo branch, and No.1 branch exchanged views on the industrial upgrading and technological innovation, party culture, market layout, team building and risk prevention and control. In the end, Lu Fei, general manager of the group made a speech, in which he affirmed the work of Nantong company, and imposed requirements on safety production, quality management, project coordination and other matters. Group Chairman Yin Weidong could not attend the meeting because he was elsewhere guiding the work, but he imposed special requirements for the work in the Nantong region before the meeting. He hoped that Nantong company could carefully organize the meeting, bear in mind their initial resolution, dare to take responsibilities, take the initiative, actively implement the group's work requirements, and continue building the excellent brand of Qi'an in their hometown. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects. Yin Weidong, Chairman of the Group, graciously received the delegations, while General Manager Zhang Jian, along with Deputy General Managers Song Hongliang and Cai Ting, also attended the meetings.
