  On March 22, Evergrande Group held the strategic partner high-level summit in Guangzhou in 2017. More than 600 well-known enterprises at home and abroad which have long-term strategic cooperation with Evergrande, such as, China State Construction, China Railway Construction, Grandland Holdings, Otis, American Standard, Siemens, E-House China and so on were invited to attend the summit. It was the first time for the Group to be invited to the summit as a strategic partner of Evergrande. General Manager Lu Fei attended the summit. Evergrande Group is one of the world's top 500 enterprises, with an annual sales volume of over 370 billion. It is the No. 1 real estate enterprise in the world. In 2013, the Group and Evergrande started a good cooperation. The company participated in the construction of more than 10 projects of Evergrande, including Evergrande Yayuan in Changchun, Evergrande Mingdu, and Hengda Huafu in Jilin. The group’s executives were invited to participate in the summit, marking that both sides have entered a new realm of cooperation. (Office)

In mid-September, a foreign‑owned owner‑audit expert team from Jotun’s Norwegian headquarters conducted a three‑day, headquarter‑level specialized safety audit at the Jotun Zhangjiagang project site undertaken by the Group.

Two QC achievements of the Group have been awarded at the National Engineering Construction Quality Management Achievement Competition.

Recently, the China Construction Industry Association announced the results of the 2026 Engineering Construction Quality Management Team Achievement Competition. Two QC projects submitted by the Group—“Improving the First-Pass Acceptance Rate for One-Time Forming of Exterior Concrete Moldings” and “Enhancing the First-Pass Welding Acceptance Rate for Dissimilar Steels”—were awarded second and third prizes, respectively.
