　　On April 8, the Group’s regional company in Suzhou held a meeting to implement the annual objectives at the Platinum Hanjue Hotel. Nearly 50 people including all the staff of the Suzhou company, the people in charge of the relevant branches and projects departments participated in the meeting. Chairman of the Group, Yin Weidong, General Manager, Lu Fei, and the relevant personnel from the functional departments were invited to attend the meeting. Zhang Wei, head of the Suzhou area, made a work report entitled "Steady Progress, Sustainable Development and Efforts to Achieve the Annual Goal" in the light of the spirit of the sixth session of the 2nd shareholders’ meeting. Chairman Yin Weidong personally presided over the meeting, organized the participants to communicate around the annual objectives, and put forward comments. Zhang Huidong, Chen Fei, Cao Hongbin, Chen Yongxing, Chen Bihua, Wang Jianxin, Yang Yong, and other heads of the branches talked about the development of the enterprise and the operating experience. General Manager Lu Fei imposed requirements on the operating capacity, labor subcontracting, safety work and so on. In the end, Chairman Yin Weidong made a concluding speech and interpreted 8 annual important key words such as things that we should do and things that we should not do, project management, daily supervision, real-name management of migrant workers, directional payment and the replacement of business tax with value-added tax, information construction, team awareness, the sense of responsibility and the sense of urgency. Chairman of the board required that the regional branches should implement the spirit of the meeting, the company's work ideas, the principles and policies at the level of project departments in a timely manner, and that they should work together and get united to achieve healthy business and sustainable development. In late July, the Group emerged victorious from among numerous competing bidders, successfully securing the contract for the electromechanical installation works of a 12 GW per annum photovoltaic solar cell project, with a contract value exceeding RMB 60 million.

Deepening strategic cooperation to empower the photovoltaic sector | On the same day, multiple central state-owned enterprise new-energy teams visited the Group for inspection and exchange.

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects. Yin Weidong, Chairman of the Group, graciously received the delegations, while General Manager Zhang Jian, along with Deputy General Managers Song Hongliang and Cai Ting, also attended the meetings.
