In September 16th, the group issued the "on the wages of migrant workers in the construction of the project investigation notice" (Su Qian No. [2015]36), asked all units under the jurisdiction of the wages of migrant workers in the construction project to investigate the situation thoroughly, especially migrant workers, real name registration card, issued to the hands of migrant workers, has repeatedly stressed that matters is truly implemented to focus on self-examination, and fill out the questionnaire, timely feedback summary. Investigation should be done "four do not stay", that is, the investigation does not leave a dead spot, statistics do not leave blank, guard against leaving hidden dangers, measures do not leave loopholes. The payment of peasant workers' wages is directly related to the vital interests of migrant workers, as well as to the credibility of enterprises and social stability. All units should attach great importance to the plan for a rainy day and prevent all kinds of mass incidents on the back of wages in advance. Units that have difficulty in issuing shall promptly and actively report the situation. The group company will set up the "emergency payment fund for migrant workers' wages according to the actual situation, and work together to ensure security, prevention and service.". They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects.
