Heraeus project observation activity held in Nanjing
On the afternoon of April 3, the Heraeus project observation activity was held in the Chemical Park of Liuhe District, Nanjing. Lu Fei, general manager of the group company, Yu Jianhua, person in charge of the petrochemical branch, and more than 40 people in charge of the regional heads of the group, group headquarters engineering, installation, enterprise management and group BIM design. The project department and the owner's manager gave briefings on quality, safety, progress and cooperation. Subsequently, the observers visited the equipment installation site of the Heraeus project. The project produces precious metal catalysts, adopts advanced German technology, and has high equipment technology. It extracts platinum, rakes, and gold from scrap metals. The group petrochemical branch, which is responsible for the installation of the project equipment, won the owner's high recognition with its exquisite skills and displayed the brand image of Jiangsu Qi'an at Heraeus. The project has bright spots in standard management, process control, information application, factory prefabrication, safety protection and engineering data management, and the observers are deeply inspired. General Manager Lu Fei asked all units to earnestly study the advanced concepts and practices of the Heraeus project, convey their observations and experiences in a timely manner, strive to improve the overall level of the project management of the Group, and jointly contribute to the achievement of the goals of the second seventh shareholders meeting of the Group. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
