In February 2nd, the group gold port branch held a 2017 annual commendation meeting in Zhenjiang, the site of the project. More than 80 people from the company management, the project department and the subcontract group participated in the meeting. At the meeting, Chen Bihua, the person in charge, made a summary of the work. In 2017, the ability of the company management team was strengthened. The quality, safety, and the civilization image of the total contract construction were improved. The overall anti risk ability was strengthened. The new technology used and the pilot management achieved good results, which laid a solid foundation for the company to upgrade and develop. Subsequently, the Department of management, finance, safety, engineering and other departments made a report on the work, commended all the advanced figures of the year, and held a solemn ceremony for the teacher and the apprentices. Recently, the Group received an “Outstanding Construction Enterprise” certificate from ExxonMobil, a global energy and chemical industry giant, in recognition of the project team for the Daya Bay R&D Center laboratory expansion project for its exemplary implementation of the “Win-Win Cooperation—Zero Injuries” philosophy throughout the construction process.

On October 8, Zhang Hua, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Zhejiang Second Construction Group, led a core management team to visit the Group for an exchange and study session. Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group, General Manager Zhang Jian, Deputy General Manager Xu Hao, and other senior executives attended the event.
