University impression city project built by Biguiyuan executives research group

On the morning of Aug. 1, Vice President Liu Senfeng, Jiangsu Provincial President and other Vice President of Biguiyuan Group, carried out on-the-spot investigation of Biguiyuan University Impression City Phase II Project. Chen Bihua, Vice President of the Group and head of Jingang Branch, participated in the investigation. Liu Senfeng and others inspected the exhibition area of the project construction method and the sample room of "Open Day on Site". They fully affirmed the "model first", safe and civilized construction and construction quality of Jingang Branch. They also appreciated the new technology of using basket-tie-rod type suspended scaffold in the project. He hoped to further strengthen cooperation with Qian'an, Jiangsu Province, and the project department would strive to create a safe and civilized construction site in Jiangsu Province. Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
