On February 15, the Group Company carried out the work of name system management on the fourth floor of the City Construction Building. More than 60 people participated in the work of labor administrators of regional companies, branch companies and some on-site labor administrators of construction projects. The enterprise version of Qi'an Labor Practical Name System Management Platform developed by the group company has been formally launched, which indicates that the real name system management of the group company's labor service will be fully implemented in 2019. At the meeting, Fan Hongyan, chief economist of the group company, put forward specific requirements for this year's labor management. Deepening strategic cooperation to empower the photovoltaic sector | On the same day, multiple central state-owned enterprise new-energy teams visited the Group for inspection and exchange.

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects.
