On February 15, the Group organized a symposium on "Blue Award" and "Teachers with Apprentices" in the conference room on the twelfth floor of its headquarters. Yin Weidong, chairman of the board, attended the Symposium and spoke. He hoped that Master could teach each other well and spare no effort to do a good job of "passing on, helping and leading". His apprentices should bear in mind the teacher's kindness, study actively and strive to achieve rapid growth. The chairman also awarded "Blue and Blue Awards" to three masters, Chen Ke, Xie Haiyin and Tang Xuebo. At the meeting, nearly 20 pairs of teachers and apprentices shared their learning experience and insights, and held a simple ceremony of offering tea and flowers.
