On May 6, Wang Xiaobin, Secretary of Qidong Municipal Party Committee, led the heads of the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau and the Natural Resources Bureau to inspect the project of the colorful green plaza constructed by the Group Company. The project is located at the junction of G40 Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway in the eastern suburb of Qidong. It serves the commercial complex with a total building area of nearly 90,000 feet, 20 floors above ground and 1 floor below ground. It strives to create civilized construction sites, city-level observation sites and high-quality projects at the municipal level. Wang Xiaobin, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and his delegation carefully inspected the construction of the project and expressed their satisfaction with the civilized construction on site. They asked the project department to further improve the safety and quality, ensure the smooth progress of the planned nodes, and make the Green Plaza a livelihood project satisfactory to the people. Recently, the China Construction Industry Association announced the results of the 2026 Engineering Construction Quality Management Team Achievement Competition. Two QC projects submitted by the Group—“Improving the First-Pass Acceptance Rate for One-Time Forming of Exterior Concrete Moldings” and “Enhancing the First-Pass Welding Acceptance Rate for Dissimilar Steels”—were awarded second and third prizes, respectively.
