From May 20 to 22, three experts from the external auditing team of Beijing China Construction Association Certification Center supervised and audited the "Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety and Integrated Management System of Quality Management Standards for Construction Enterprises". The audit covers four aspects: mechanical and electrical engineering, building construction, air purification and labor subcontracting. It covers the company's enterprise management department, finance department, engineering department, safety equipment department, office, market development department, as well as the construction and labor subcontracting of building A and B of Qian'an Building, and the two ongoing projects of mechanical and electrical installation and air purification project of Shanghai United Sail Project. The audit team fully evaluated the company's business management, on-site management and control, safety management, market development, scientific and technological innovation, departmental performance, confirmed that the group company passed the supervision and audit smoothly, continued to maintain the certification and registration qualification of the integrated management system, and put forward relevant suggestions on the direction of the company's development. In mid-June, the Roche Pharmaceuticals project, constructed by the Group’s Maosheng International Engineering Branch, successfully completed the indoor relocation of three 13-ton heavy-duty pieces of equipment within a high‑standard epoxy flooring area, utilizing an air‑suspension cushion‑lifting technique.
