Group Company Organizes Annual Accounting Training and Counseling
On April 30, the Group Company organized an annual accounting training meeting for more than 120 financial personnel to improve the financial management level of the Group Company in order to meet the new requirements of the tax policy for financial accounting under the new tax system. Financial executives of central enterprises and experts of Qidong Taxation Department gave detailed guidance and interpretation to the financial management of construction enterprises and the new tax policy respectively. Herun Office made comprehensive and meticulous work arrangements for the payment of remittances in 2018. The group company's finance put forward specific requirements for accounting guidance and future financial work. The meeting requires all financial personnel of the company to actively comply with changes in the tax environment, take the initiative to raise tax awareness, prevent tax risks, and strive to achieve management and control in financial management to ensure accounting integrity, legitimacy and timeliness and accuracy of tax declaration. This training has effectively solved some accounting difficulties that have plagued financial personnel over the years, and has played a positive role in grasping and applying tax preferential policies under the new tax system. In late July, the Group emerged victorious from among numerous competing bidders, successfully securing the contract for the electromechanical installation works of a 12 GW per annum photovoltaic solar cell project, with a contract value exceeding RMB 60 million.

Deepening strategic cooperation to empower the photovoltaic sector | On the same day, multiple central state-owned enterprise new-energy teams visited the Group for inspection and exchange.

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects.
