On July 10, the thirteenth executive director (expanded) meeting of Jiangsu Installation Industry Association and the seminar on strategic development of some installation enterprises were held in Ningxia. Considering the macro situation at home and abroad, the representatives of 15 professional installation enterprises launched a heated discussion on the situation of talents, financing, performance and qualification promotion in the process of transformation and upgrading, focusing on the theme of "never forget the original intention and remember the mission". Yin Weidong, chairman of the group company, was invited to attend and make an exchange speech. In his speech, Yin Weidong emphasized that stressing politics, emphasizing party building and taking on courageous responsibilities are the cornerstones of the survival and development of enterprises, and that our construction and installation enterprises must firmly establish the overall consciousness of "obeying the Party's words and following the Party"; practise their internal skills, improve the management system of enterprises, establish the awareness of risk prevention, and further adapt to the current stringent situation of industry supervision. Strengthen personnel training, do a good job in the construction of skilled workers, strictly implement certificate-holding posts, further improve project management level, promote quality and safety improvement; accelerate enterprise transformation and upgrading, promote installation by civil construction, realize two-way linkage of civil construction and installation, ensure sustainable development of enterprises; strengthen information construction, adhere to science and technology Innovation, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, and achieve high-quality development of enterprises. After hearing the speeches, the participants expressed that the proposal of Chairman Qian of Jiangsu met the development requirements of the current installation enterprises, and had guiding significance for the installation enterprises to get out of the current difficulties.
