On July 10, the thirteenth executive director (expanded) meeting of Jiangsu Installation Industry Association and the seminar on strategic development of some installation enterprises were held in Ningxia. Considering the macro situation at home and abroad, the representatives of 15 professional installation enterprises launched a heated discussion on the situation of talents, financing, performance and qualification promotion in the process of transformation and upgrading, focusing on the theme of "never forget the original intention and remember the mission". Strengthen personnel training, do a good job in the construction of skilled workers, strictly implement certificate-holding posts, further improve project management level, promote quality and safety improvement; accelerate enterprise transformation and upgrading, promote installation by civil construction, realize two-way linkage of civil construction and installation, ensure sustainable development of enterprises; strengthen information construction, adhere to science and technology Innovation, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, and achieve high-quality development of enterprises. After hearing the speeches, the participants expressed that the proposal of Chairman Qian of Jiangsu met the development requirements of the current installation enterprises, and had guiding significance for the installation enterprises to get out of the current difficulties. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
