Group company organizes pre-job training for newly recruited college students

On July 9, the Group held pre-job training for new college students in 2019. Eighteen college students from China University of Mining and Technology and Nanjing Audit University were trained. Fan Hongyan, chief economist of the group, presided over the activities. The principal leaders of each department introduced the responsibilities of the Department and shared their work experience with the new employees. The newly recruited students also visited Qian'an Culture Room, Qian'an Building under construction, and received safety education, professional title evaluation, and "Enterprise Labor Regulations and Regulations" training and guidance, and signed labor contracts with the group company.
Yin Weidong, chairman of the group company and Secretary of the Party Committee, put forward earnest hope for the newly recruited college students, encouraging them to love the construction industry and Qian'an, Jiangsu Province; to adapt to the construction industry environment and the working and living environment of the construction site as soon as possible; and to master the professional skills of the post as soon as possible. We hope that they should have sponge spirit in their work, constantly absorb more new knowledge and new construction technology; nail spirit, be good at learning from teachers and study hard in business; WIFI spirit, political progress and development.

On May 8, Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group, led a delegation to Asahi Kasei Fine Chemicals (Nantong) Co., Ltd. for a project follow-up visit and exchange meeting, during which they held a symposium with Asahi Kasei General Manager Yuichi Sanro and other senior executives. Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
