Looking back on the extraordinary years that have just passed, we feel difficult, proud, gratified and excited. All Qi'an people worked together to overcome the frequent epidemic, severe economic situation and sudden risks in the industry, fought bravely and overcome difficulties on the way to pursue their dreams, and achieved a good start in the 14th five year plan.
In 2021, Qi'an people created brilliance and achieved gratifying harvest. The strategy of seeking progress while maintaining stability has taken root and blossomed, the transformation and upgrading has yielded fruitful results, the business structure has become more reasonable, the number of newly signed contracts has improved, the quality is high, the construction output value has risen high, realizing a 20% growth against the trend, achieving a monument of 10 billion output value with hard work, creating more than 100 million tax revenue year after year with dedication, polishing the shining honor of the enterprise with sweat, and showing a proud style in the decline of the industry, It has written the noble list of the top 100 construction enterprises in Jiangsu Province for 12 consecutive years!
In 2021, Qi'an CHUANGYOU will have a bright and wonderful starry sky. It has won three "Luban awards" and four "China installation stars" of CSCEC, as well as a large number of provincial and municipal awards for high-quality projects, QC, construction methods, patents, papers, civilized construction sites and scientific and technological progress. Qidong culture and Sports Center, graphic information center in the new campus of Xinjiang Medical University and Urumqi Olympic Sports Center won the "Luban Award" of CSCEC at the same time. Qian's outstanding performance is the most valuable and dazzling!
The performance is difficult and the struggle is successful. I can't forget more than 20000 employees of Qi'an. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
