On January 8, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between the group company and China Coal Tianjin Design Engineering Co., Ltd. was held in the conference room on the 12th floor of the headquarters. China Coal Tianjin Design Engineering Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned secondary enterprise of China Coal Energy Group Co., Ltd., which focuses on the coal market, advances in non coal and overseas markets, and cooperates in the development of engineering survey and design, general contracting, engineering technology consulting services, scientific and technological R & D, It is a large comprehensive class a design and research unit that provides full life cycle services for engineering projects. The Group has won the bid for the Fujian Yuanfu Technology project to produce 3,000 tons per year of high-purity lithium fluoride.

The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
