On the afternoon of October 19, the signing ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between the Group and Kunming Railway Construction Co., Ltd. of China Railway No.8 Engineering Group was held in the conference room on the fourth floor of Qi'an Building. Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group, Lu Fei, General Manager, Song Hongliang, Deputy General Manager, Fan Hongyan, Chief Economist, Zhu Bodong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kunming Railway Eighth Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Zhao Wang, Deputy Commander of the Southwest Headquarters of China Railway Eighth Engineering Group Co., Ltd., etc. attended the event. Zhu Hairong, Director of Qidong Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau, was invited to attend and witness the signing ceremony.

Kunming Railway Construction Co., Ltd. of China Railway No.8 Engineering Group is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Railway No.8 Engineering Group. It focuses on transportation infrastructure and urban construction, with an annual construction capacity of 10 billion yuan and newly signed contracts of more than 24 billion yuan. It has been selected into the top 20 comprehensive engineering companies of China Railway Corporation for many times, making great contributions to the economic development of Kunming and other places.

Before the signing ceremony, the two sides held strategic cooperation talks. Yin Weidong, Chairman of the Board of Directors, briefly introduced the development of the Group in recent years and its professional, construction, regional and other advantages, as well as the achievements in cooperation with state-owned enterprises and central enterprises in recent years, and expressed the good intention of strengthening cooperation between the two sides in the field of engineering construction. After the talks, the two sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement based on the principle of "sincere cooperation, mutual benefit, resource sharing and complementary advantages", forming a long-term strategic partnership. The signing of the agreement has laid a foundation for the Group Company to expand into the fields of municipal transportation, water conservancy, landscape, ecological environmental protection, industrial park construction and operation.

The Group dispatched representatives to attend the provincial industry experience‑sharing conference and received multiple certificates of achievement.

On July 30, the Jiangsu Provincial Installation Industry Association convened an experience-sharing conference on installation project management for 2026 in Nanjing, which was attended by representatives from our group.


The Group has successfully won the bid for the electromechanical installation works of a 12 GW per annum photovoltaic solar cell project.

In late July, the Group emerged victorious from among numerous competing bidders, successfully securing the contract for the electromechanical installation works of a 12 GW per annum photovoltaic solar cell project, with a contract value exceeding RMB 60 million.


Deepening strategic cooperation to empower the photovoltaic sector | On the same day, multiple central state-owned enterprise new-energy teams visited the Group for inspection and exchange.

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects. Yin Weidong, Chairman of the Group, graciously received the delegations, while General Manager Zhang Jian, along with Deputy General Managers Song Hongliang and Cai Ting, also attended the meetings.


Yuan Jie, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Nantong Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and his delegation conducted a special research visit to the Group.

On July 15, Yuan Jie, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Nantong Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Vice President of the Trade Promotion Council, led a delegation to the company for a special research visit on the group’s overseas contracting project development.
