On October 24, bathed in the celebration of the successful closing of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Group officially moved to Qi'an Building, and all Qi'an people felt extremely happy and proud. The construction and opening of Qi'an Building is a milestone in the development history of Qi'an.

Qi'an Building is located at No. 239, Jianshe South Road, Huilong Town, Qidong City. The full name of the project is Floor A and B of Qi'an Building. It is a shear wall frame structure, with a building area of 32088.73 square meters, 21 floors above the ground and 1 floor underground; The foundation of the building was laid on October 22, 2017, officially commenced on May 28, 2018, the main structure was capped on October 1, 2019, and passed the completion acceptance on January 19, 2022. Qi'an Building is dignified in appearance, standardized in structure, excellent in construction, elegant in decoration and high in intelligence. It has been awarded the Green Three Star Building, Nantong High quality Structural Engineering Award, Qidong High quality Engineering "Taoguilin Cup" Award, Jiangsu Construction Standardization Star Site, and Jiangsu Construction Industry New Technology Application Demonstration Project.

The slogans hanging under the colored balls are waving in the wind, and the front of the building is bright red. At 15:38, the ceremony of moving to the new building officially began. Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group Company, personally lit the fireworks, and immediately the fireworks flew bright. Qidong Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau, Qidong Construction Industry Association, Qidong Urban Investment Corporation, Nantong Second Construction Group, Qidong Construction Group, Jiangsu Yinzhou Group, Jiangsu Western Europe Group, Nantong No.4 Construction Co., Ltd., Jiangsu No.8 Construction Co., Ltd., China Yifeng Group, Jiangsu Lvsigang Group, People's Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank and other more than 40 brother units and departments congratulated Qi'an on his move.

Facing the new environment and elegant and comfortable office conditions, Qi'an people are full of smiles. The Group has won the bid for the Fujian Yuanfu Technology project to produce 3,000 tons per year of high-purity lithium fluoride.

Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
