On November 28, 2022, China Construction Industry Association announced the list of the first batch of Luban Awards (national high-quality projects) for Chinese construction projects from 2022 to 2023. The comprehensive ward building project of Gaoyou People's Hospital East District Hospital (Phase II), which was built by Jinyinhao Branch of the Group, won the Luban Award. Jinyinhao has made important contributions to the group's annual excellence and security.

The Comprehensive Ward Building Project of the East District Hospital (Phase II) of Gaoyou People's Hospital is a modern, digital, Grade III, Grade B hospital integrating the functions of clinical medicine, rehabilitation and health care. It is also a major livelihood project of the local people's medical security. The total building is 97701 m2, with 2 floors underground and 20 floors above the ground. The local government attaches great importance to the excellence creation of the project, and the main leaders serve as the excellence creation team leaders. As an important participant, Jin Yinhao is responsible for the construction and installation of the HVAC system of the whole hospital. In order to ensure the success of excellence creation, Jin Yinhao selected excellent soldiers and powerful generals to carefully organize and optimize planning regardless of cost and conditions. The air conditioning system runs smoothly and is recognized by the owner. It has won unanimous praise from the review experts and fully demonstrates the professional style of Jiangsu Qi'an!

The year 2022 is a good harvest year for Jinyinhao. In addition to the "Luban Award" of Gaoyou Hospital, it also won a series of other honors. A Kind of Tooling for Large Diameter Pipe Alignment Adjustment won the national utility model patent, and the commercial fresh air air-conditioning system project in Xinle District D of Qidong City won the "Yangtze Cup" in Jiangsu Province; The project of Qidong Maternal and Child Health Hospital has passed the review of "China Installation Star", and the grand prize has been collected; Qidong Experimental Primary School Xincheng Campus has won the title of Nantong City Building Construction Standardization ｜ star construction site. The number of awards and categories of Jinyinhao this year are rare in the group company!

The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
