Ten days at the end of the year, the Group signed a contract of 1.5 billion yuan, and the Group's business tenacity developed under difficult conditions
At the end of the year, the Group's business performance is still developing tenaciously under extremely difficult circumstances. In December, the Group's OA platform continued to sign large contracts for review projects, signing 1.5 billion yuan in 10 days, marking a wonderful end to 2022 and laying a solid foundation for a new year of development.
On December 10, Hengli Branch successfully signed the "Dongguan cross-border e-commerce Qiying Express" project, with a total price of more than 500 million. The project covers an area of 133000 square meters, with a total building area of 166000 square meters, including 2 warehouses (5F), ramps and platforms (4F), 1 equipment and ancillary room (1F), 2 gatekeepers (1F), etc. This is the largest logistics and warehousing project of the Group at present. As a strong team of the Group, Hengli is still fighting tenaciously against the background of "closing the city" in Shanghai. It has never pressed the "pause" button for operation. It not only maintains the traditional advantages of the automotive industry, but also continues to march into new areas such as warehousing.
On December 15, even better things happened in pairs. Petrochemical Branch successfully signed the "50000 t/a lithium hydroxide battery material utility mechanical and electrical installation project", with an amount of more than 100 million, involving equipment, steel structure, pipeline, fire protection, electrical, instrument, anti-corrosion, thermal insulation and other disciplines; The second branch of the Group successfully signed the "Mechanical and Electrical Subcontracting Project of Jiading Cloud+Intelligent Driving Innovation Base Project Plant and Supporting Facilities", with the contract amount exceeding 100 million. Then, on December 16, Jinhe Optoelectronics Branch successfully signed a 150MWp agricultural photovoltaic complementary power generation project in Yongde County, Lincang City, Yunnan Province, with a contract amount of nearly 300 million yuan. The project is an EPC turnkey project. After accumulating momentum in recent years, Jinhe Optoelectronics has seized the opportunity of "double carbon", actively promoted the photovoltaic industry, and its operation has shown vitality. On December 16, Qi'an, Tibet, won the bid for the terminal area and supporting works of Shigatse Dingri Airport Project; Jinrun Branch won the bid of BASF Holly's "Platinum Group Metals Recycling and Green Comprehensive Utilization Project with an annual output of 17.5 tons of new materials". On December 20, Huageng Branch won the bid for the affordable housing project in Lvsigang Town, with a total amount of more than 200 million yuan and a building area of 83600 square meters.
According to the analysis of the Group's business department, the total amount of new contracts signed by the Group in 2022 is basically the same as that of last year, which shows the good development toughness and stamina of Qi'an. These projects are of high quality and distinctive professional characteristics. There are many highlights in pharmaceutical and foreign-funded projects, with the newly signed amount exceeding 3 billion; Logistics, warehousing, food, electronics, and petrochemical have achieved fruitful results, new energy has regained its vitality, and the new signing amount has reached a new high, exceeding 1.1 billion yuan.
The weather is inspiring. In less than ten days at the end of the year, the company successfully signed a contract of 1.5 billion yuan, laying the foundation for the sustainable and high-quality development of the Group in 2023 under difficult circumstances. (Market Development Department)
