On November 23-24, Fu Yongbo, member of the Standing Committee of Linzhi Municipal Party Committee and secretary of Motuo County Party Committee of Xizang, led a team to visit the Group Company for guidance. The leaders of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development, Nantong Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban Rural Development, and Qidong Municipal Party Committee and Government accompanied the inspection and guidance. The group leaders Yin Weidong, Zhang Jian, Song Chunjue, Shen Yan, Fan Hongyan and others warmly welcomed them.
On the afternoon of the 23rd, Secretary Fu and his delegation visited the "Hand in Hand" exhibition hall and the remote real-time control information center of the smart construction site of the group company, and highly praised the profound historical background and practical application of informationization of Jiangsu Qi'an. In the subsequent forum, Yin Weidong, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the Group, gave a brief report on the company's development history, brand building, professional characteristics, management characteristics, market distribution, etc., and expressed the good intention of Jiangsu Qi'an to actively participate in the construction of beautiful Xizang and fully support the economic and social development of the border areas.
In his speech, Secretary Fu pointed out that Xizang Nyingchi and Jiangsu Qi'an have been exchanging and cooperating for a long time. He thanked Qi'an for its contributions to the development of Nyingchi's social undertakings. He also fully affirmed the work done by the Group in corporate strategy, core competitiveness, social responsibility and corporate culture, and encouraged both sides to further enhance exchanges and deepen cooperation, so as to make new contributions to Xizang's "stability, development, ecology and border strengthening".

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
