Huayu Vision's New Intelligent Vehicle Vision Equipment Base Project (Phase I) - Group Comprehensive Inspection

On November 25th, the comprehensive inspection team of the group company came to Huayu Vision to inspect and guide the construction of the first phase of the new intelligent vehicle vision equipment base project. Huayu Vision has a national level technology center jointly recognized by the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments. Its clients cover well-known host factories such as Audi, SAIC, Tesla, etc. It will strive to build the largest R&D and manufacturing base in Changshu, with a total investment of about 3 billion yuan. The contract price for this project is 292 million yuan, and the total contract period is 367 days. The project is contracted by the Hengli branch of the group and consists of a joint factory building and auxiliary building, an electronic factory building, a storage center, etc. The total construction area is 85173 square meters. The entire project covers earthwork engineering, foundation pit support engineering, steel structure engineering, installation engineering, outdoor pipelines and related supporting engineering. Since the start of the project, the project team has scientifically planned and implemented, carefully sorted out the key and difficult points of the project construction, continuously optimized and refined the construction plan for many dangerous projects, vigorously carried out BIM technology practice innovation and application, efficiently promoted, and ensured that the project proceeded according to the established milestones and goals. During this period, the project department focused on the construction of multiple and scattered buildings and structures, limited local construction sites, and key and difficult tasks of the project, such as quality control of ultra long color plate roofs, pre embedded nuts for mechanical and electrical supports, and the production and construction of heavy-duty supports with a diameter of over 300mm. For the construction of ultra deep and ultra large foundation pits on soft foundations in familiar areas, a relevant Qc team was established in a timely manner to ensure quality and safety control, ensuring advanced and economically reliable construction technology. In the later stage, a summary and refinement will be conducted, and the selected ones will be recommended to provincial industry associations. The project is currently progressing smoothly, with a contracted output value of approximately 40%. The inspection team went deep into the construction site and conducted inspections on the engineering entity, on-site management, internal data, real name system, and other aspects. They had in-depth and frank exchanges with the project department on safety management, technological innovation, quality optimization, and standardized policies. They affirmed the achievements and highlights of the branch company and the project at present, and the management behavior was in place. The quality, safety, and civilized construction have always been excellent, especially the use of safety whistle blowers and recorders. They hope that Hengli branch company and project department will continue to maintain the current good situation, seize the opportunities in the new environment and new market, take on multiple projects, and make greater contributions to the high standard and high-quality development of the group company in the automotive industry related fields! The branch office and project department have expressed their commitment to efficiently and effectively completing the project, establishing a beautiful brand for Jiangsu Qi'an in the automotive industry.
