Huayu Vision's New Intelligent Vehicle Vision Equipment Base Project (Phase I) - Group Comprehensive Inspection

On November 25th, the comprehensive inspection team of the group company came to Huayu Vision to inspect and guide the construction of the first phase of the new intelligent vehicle vision equipment base project. Huayu Vision has a national level technology center jointly recognized by the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments. Its clients cover well-known host factories such as Audi, SAIC, Tesla, etc. It will strive to build the largest R&D and manufacturing base in Changshu, with a total investment of about 3 billion yuan. The contract price for this project is 292 million yuan, and the total contract period is 367 days. The project is contracted by the Hengli branch of the group and consists of a joint factory building and auxiliary building, an electronic factory building, a storage center, etc. The total construction area is 85173 square meters. The entire project covers earthwork engineering, foundation pit support engineering, steel structure engineering, installation engineering, outdoor pipelines and related supporting engineering. Since the start of the project, the project team has scientifically planned and implemented, carefully sorted out the key and difficult points of the project construction, continuously optimized and refined the construction plan for many dangerous projects, vigorously carried out BIM technology practice innovation and application, efficiently promoted, and ensured that the project proceeded according to the established milestones and goals. During this period, the project department focused on the construction of multiple and scattered buildings and structures, limited local construction sites, and key and difficult tasks of the project, such as quality control of ultra long color plate roofs, pre embedded nuts for mechanical and electrical supports, and the production and construction of heavy-duty supports with a diameter of over 300mm. For the construction of ultra deep and ultra large foundation pits on soft foundations in familiar areas, a relevant Qc team was established in a timely manner to ensure quality and safety control, ensuring advanced and economically reliable construction technology. In the later stage, a summary and refinement will be conducted, and the selected ones will be recommended to provincial industry associations. The project is currently progressing smoothly, with a contracted output value of approximately 40%. The inspection team went deep into the construction site and conducted inspections on the engineering entity, on-site management, internal data, real name system, and other aspects. They had in-depth and frank exchanges with the project department on safety management, technological innovation, quality optimization, and standardized policies. They affirmed the achievements and highlights of the branch company and the project at present, and the management behavior was in place. The quality, safety, and civilized construction have always been excellent, especially the use of safety whistle blowers and recorders. Group General Manager Zhang Jian Visits Asahi Kasei (Nantong) to Deepen Cooperation and Exchange

On May 8, Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group, led a delegation to Asahi Kasei Fine Chemicals (Nantong) Co., Ltd. for a project follow-up visit and exchange meeting, during which they held a symposium with Asahi Kasei General Manager Yuichi Sanro and other senior executives. Cai Ting and Gao Mingmin, Deputy General Managers of the Group, also attended the event.


The Group has won the bid for the Fujian Yuanfu Technology project to produce 3,000 tons per year of high-purity lithium fluoride.

Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.


The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
