The Pharmaceutical Source Biotechnology rooftop distributed photovoltaic project undertaken by the group has officially started construction

On November 27th, the groundbreaking ceremony for the 1.98MW rooftop distributed photovoltaic power station project of Yaoyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. in Gaohai Construction and Development Co., Ltd., Qidong City, undertaken by the group company, was successfully held. The project utilizes the Pharmaceutical Source Biotechnology roof and adopts a self generated and surplus electricity grid connected power generation mode. The main equipment includes photovoltaic modules, inverters, etc. The project is expected to generate 55 million kWh of electricity during the 25 year operation period. Xu Kaishi, the project team leader of the Limengduo branch responsible for construction, stated that he will adhere to the belief that "starting construction is a decisive battle, every day is a milestone, and the whole process is in sprint", fulfill his duties and do his best to ensure the safety, quality, and progress of the project, and deliver a satisfactory answer to the owner. Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
