On December 26th, the Shanghai branch of the group organized safety management personnel from its regional subsidiaries and project departments to participate in the Shanghai Safety Standardization Engineering General Contracting Observation Meeting. The content of this observation involves the establishment of a safety management system, standardization of safety management, identification and control of hazards, and emergency rescue at the construction site. The on-site display was conducted through graphics, text, videos, and other means, deepening the observer's understanding of the relevant content. According to reports, on December 27th, the Suzhou company of the group held a winter safety construction themed education meeting online, with the participation of safety management personnel from various ongoing projects in the region. The meeting promoted the spirit of relevant documents of the group company, requiring each project to further strengthen winter safety construction training and education for construction personnel, carry out corresponding safety technical disclosures based on the characteristics of winter construction, and regularly carry out self inspection and self correction of construction quality and safety, timely eliminate safety hazards, and build a strong winter construction safety defense line. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed.
