The sun and moon are moving forward, and the years are flourishing and new. The pointer of time began to turn towards a new scale, and New Year's Day 2024 arrived gracefully, turning a new page in history. I would like to extend sincere greetings and New Year's greetings to all Qi'an employees and their families, as well as to the superiors, all sectors of society, and partners who have long been concerned about and supported the development of Jiangsu Qi'an!
Looking back on 2023, like everyone else, I deeply feel that it was not a comfortable year and that it was going through a very difficult journey. In this year, it has influenced our external world, from the escalation of global geopolitics and protectionism to the distribution of employee salaries and bonuses; From the deterioration of the macro economy and the introduction of policies to support the private economy, to the competition of a project and the resolution of a risk case; Everything seems difficult and not optimistic. But it is gratifying that this year, Qi'an has been able to maintain unity and progress together on the path of resilient development, and has still achieved remarkable results. Under the difficult times, Qi'an is resilient, vigorous, and full of vitality! Here, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to many colleagues and branches who have shared difficulties and provided timely assistance during times of crisis! Thank you to all branches for their understanding and support of the group's policy measures! The recognition of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government's Conference on High Quality Development of the Construction Industry is our greatest encouragement!
How can Qi An be proven by actual achievements. In this year, we have won multiple national level architectural awards, invention patents, and other scientific and technological achievements. We have successfully held a provincial-level industry summit, and our specialty areas and professional brands continue to excel; Each region, branch company, and project department bravely fought and fought, and was ranked first in the installation category of Jiangsu Province's Top 100 Enterprises for the 14th time.
The people of Qi'an are known for their benevolence towards the world and take it as their responsibility to "join hands with their hometown and the times". In Tongren, Qinghai and Malipo, Yunnan, I personally experienced the love and compassion of the people of Qi'an. Recently, an earthquake occurred in Jishishan, Gansu, and it was the first time that the people of Qi'an appeared on the front line of the earthquake resistance, giving warmth to the disaster victims.
The Four Qi New Year's Day marks the beginning of longevity and the present day. Be brave enough to overcome various risks and challenges, gather awareness of a community with a shared future, continuously consolidate and expand the positive trend, sing the light of resilient development, mobilize more forces to climb the slope, overcome difficulties, and move forward courageously.
Chasing the wind and chasing the moon, don't stop. The peaceful land is filled with spring mountains. Let us join hands, gather strength and set sail, continuing to break through the waves and achieve better results on the new journey of Qi'an's resilient development.

On June 2, the “Carrying Forward the Glory of Military Service, Ensuring the Well-being of Veteran Soldiers” Care Foundation was officially established at the Qidong Municipal Bureau of Veterans Affairs and the Municipal Charity Federation, under the leadership of Gong Shancong, Deputy General Manager of the Group. The foundation aims to “show care for veterans, alleviate their difficulties, safeguard their health and well-being, and spread warmth throughout society.”

On June 5, the Roche (Shanghai) Biopharmaceutical Production Base Project (Phase I) held a ceremony to celebrate reaching one million safe man-hours, and the Group was presented with a commemorative trophy.
