On December 25th, the China Installation Association announced the list of winners of the China Installation Engineering Quality Award (China Installation Star) for the years 2023-2024. The group company has two projects on the list, namely the mechanical and electrical installation engineering of the medical diagnostic reagent (China) production plant project of Shanghai Siemens Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., which was constructed by Maosheng International Engineering Branch, The comprehensive installation project of the 15 # and 16 # tank groups in the second phase of the storage tank area project (land tank area) of Shanghai Fubao Port Co., Ltd., which was constructed with the participation of Dongcheng Branch.
On that day, the Shanghai Installation Industry Association announced the 2023 Shanghai High Quality Installation Projects (Shen'an Cup). The group company has a total of four projects on the list, namely the N-013TK02/N-018TK03 Tank Project Installation Project of Shanghai Fubao Port Co., Ltd. constructed by Dongcheng Branch, and the Mechanical and Electrical Installation and Purification Decoration Project of the Heyuan Intelligent Manufacturing Precision Medical Industry Base Construction Project constructed by Jinhui Branch, Qi'an Xizang undertook the installation works of Yadong County Yadong Salmon Health Breeding EPC General Contracting Construction Project, and the electrical and mechanical installation works of 4 # residential project of Lot 188S-B-4, WS5 Unit, Block 191, Longhua Street, which was constructed by the Company. The Group has won the bid for the Fujian Yuanfu Technology project to produce 3,000 tons per year of high-purity lithium fluoride.

Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
