20 employees of the group have successfully passed the 2023 Level 1 Constructor Examination

In mid December, the China Personnel Examination Network announced the results of the 2023 first level construction engineer, and the employees of the group company achieved excellent results again. A total of 20 people successfully passed the exam, including 3 additional candidates and 17 new candidates (10 in the mechanical and electrical major, 8 in the architecture major, and 2 in the municipal engineering major), maintaining a high pass rate. It is reported that the company carefully organizes pre exam training for first level construction engineers every year, effectively solving the engineering and academic conflicts among candidates, guiding them to actively engage in three rounds of review, including intensive lectures, exercises, and sprints, in their spare time. This creates a good learning atmosphere within the company, ensuring a high overall pass rate and laying a solid foundation for achieving the talent strategy goals of the group's 14th Five Year Plan.
