Tangshan LNG terminal security project construction is approaching a new stage

In mid May, the group company is responsible for the construction of the Tangshan LNG receiving station emergency peak shaving support project to carry out the assembly of the vault of the storage tank, which marks the construction of the project into a new stage. The project is located in the Caofeidian industrial area of Tangshan City, Hebei Province, with a total investment of 2 billion 770 million yuan. The main body of the construction is 4 160 thousand square LNG storage tanks. The group is responsible for the installation of T-1205, 1206 two LNG storage tanks and the construction of the subsidiary works. The project is the key construction project of national energy strategy. It is planned to be completed and put into production in December 2020. It will effectively alleviate the shortage of gas supply in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei region in winter, and improve regional peak regulation capacity and extreme weather response ability. In late July, the Group emerged victorious from among numerous competing bidders, successfully securing the contract for the electromechanical installation works of a 12 GW per annum photovoltaic solar cell project, with a contract value exceeding RMB 60 million.

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects. Yin Weidong, Chairman of the Group, graciously received the delegations, while General Manager Zhang Jian, along with Deputy General Managers Song Hongliang and Cai Ting, also attended the meetings.
