Three projects of the Group were appraised as "Standardized Star-rated Construction Sites for Construction in Jiangsu Province"

On June 15, the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Department of Jiangsu Province announced the list of standardized interstellar construction sites for Jiangsu construction in 2018. The first phase of the Yangzhong Economic Development Zone Intelligence Park Project, the second phase of the Biguiyuan University Impression (Baohua) project and the first phase of the Century Ziweiyuan Project, which were constructed by the Group Company, were on the list. The evaluation of standard star-rated construction sites in Jiangsu Province mainly includes safety management, lifting machinery, temporary power consumption, safety protection, dust control and safe establishment, which are divided into three stars, two stars and one star according to the overall evaluation order. Group Yangzhong Economic Development Zone Intelligence Park Phase I Project and Century Ziweiyuan Phase I Project are two star construction sites, and Biguiyuan University Impression (Baohua) Phase II and Phase I project are one star construction site.
