Risk prevention publicity should be normalized. For a long time, the activities of legal publicity and consistency have been a basic work of the Ministry of Justice. For this reason, we have also made many useful attempts, and have carried out hundreds of grass-roots legal publicity and consistency activities with the project department as a unit. We have also organized many interested branch companies and project managers to participate in foreign training, but like this one organized by regional units. It is the first time that PPT has been manufactured by touring the activities of legal publicity and lecturing the contents of courseware in vivid cases within the group company. Looking at the starving eyes and the enthusiastic speeches and questioning scenes, we really feel that this legal declaration is timely, and we deeply feel that relying on only one tour can not meet the actual needs of grass-roots units. Therefore, similar risk prevention propaganda must be held regularly within the group to form a normalization.
Judicial work should be forward-looking. As mentioned above, the main content of this courseware is the cases happened within the group, but now looking back, our own risk prevention awareness of the Ministry of Justice is also passive. At present, we have formed a series of courseware about how to deal with industrial injuries, risk points of sales contracts and how to prevent disputes in labor contracts. We also waited for a series of actual cases of disputes and court summons to be touched before we began to sort out, summarize and summarize them, but we did not do so. The foresight and foresight of legal work should be provided. How to prevent in advance is to strengthen the communication between legal work and grass-roots projects, so that typical cases can become the preventive content of the whole staff's propaganda in time; to strengthen the legal exchange and cooperation of brotherly units, other stone can attack jade; and to participate in professional training of legal knowledge through multiple channels, and to grasp the forefront of the industry in a timely manner.
