From February 11-14, the group's Tibet region organized a centralized training for managers at the beginning of 2023, with more than 170 post managers participating. The training focused on how to prepare on-site construction plans for construction objectives such as quality, safety, construction period and cost, and the contents of "project quality control", "electromechanical installation project construction management", "financial system universal software", "new prefabricated system" standards, "rules, staff handbook study", and so on, listened to the theme lecture of clean work, and signed the "clean work commitment instrument". The person in charge of the training said that the comprehensive quality and practice ability of the project management personnel should be comprehensively improved through centralized training, so as to cultivate versatile and practical management talents and promote the overall improvement of the project management level in Tibet.
