On February 16, the Group Suzhou Company organized a regional work meeting at the beginning of the year, which was attended by more than 30 heads of branches and project departments. Zhang Wei, the person in charge of Suzhou, presided over the meeting, and in combination with the interpretation of the report of the fifth shareholders' meeting of the third session, required the participants to improve their position, keep pace with the group, grasp the annual work focus, and ensure the smooth progress of regional business risk prevention and control, quality and safety real-name management, and corporate image publicity. On February 17, Chongqing Branch of the Group held a regional work meeting at the beginning of the year through "online and offline", with more than 90 people from the regional branches and project departments participating. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
