The Youth League Committee of the company held fitness activities

On the afternoon of May 4, the Youth League Committee of the company organized more than 30 youth representatives to carry out fitness activities on the theme of “Promoting the May Fourth Spirit and Training the Will of the Youth” in Qidong Rocky Fitness Chain. The content mainly includes three items of physical fitness training such as cycling warm-up, strength training and yoga stretching relaxation. During the training, the delegates sweated and worked hard to complete every movement demonstrated by the coach. In the end, young people also learn how to carry out freehand training, maintain exercise habits, and enhance physical fitness in light of hard and rough conditions. The purpose of this event is to guide young employees to develop good habits of self-discipline and self-improvement, and to temper their will, inspire young people to carry forward the May 4th spirit, and contribute their youthful strength to the realization of Qi'an's grand blueprint.
