Organizing Committee of the company to hold 54 fitness activities

In the afternoon of May 4th, the company group organized more than 30 youth representatives to carry out the exercise on the theme of "carrying forward the 54 spirit and tempering the will of the youth" in Qidong's Loki fitness chain. The contents mainly include 3 items of physical training, such as bicycle warm-up, strength training, yoga stretching and relaxation. During the training process, delegates were sweating like rain and worked hard to complete every action of coach demonstration. Finally, the young people also specially learn how to carry out unarmed training, maintain their exercise habits and enhance their physical quality. The purpose of this activity is to guide young employees to develop self-discipline and temper their good habits, encourage young people to carry forward the 54 spirit and contribute to the realization of the blueprint for the grand blueprint.
