1. Project Department of Qian'an Building, Group One Company
The project is located at the southeast side of Nanyuan Road and Jianjian Road intersection of Huilong Town, Qidong City. The land area is 8535, and the total building area is 32160. It is divided into one underground floor and 21 above ground floor. The project department takes "Yangzi Cup" as its goal, adheres to the "Four Excellent Principles" of "Excellent Mining, Excellent Quality, Excellent Price and Excellent Construction", adopts BIM technology to optimize the design, pays attention to civilized construction and green construction, strictly controls the progress and safety quality of the project, and makes every effort to build a century-old building for the group company.

2. Installation Engineering Department of Construction Project (North Block) of Shanghai Tobacco Pudong Science and Technology Innovation Park, Group Five Branch
Located in Pudong New Area of Shanghai, the project is the largest single project in the tobacco industry in China, with a contract value of 160 million yuan for mechanical and electrical installation. The project department formulates scientific construction organization plan, strictly checks safety production, engineering quality, civilized construction and green construction, carries out construction according to the "Luban Award Construction Code", and focuses on the details of construction technology, ranking first in the first half of the comprehensive inspection of the group company. At present, the project has passed the evaluation of Shanghai "Quality Structure", "Shen'an Cup" and "Magnolia" awards. In 2019, it will declare national excellent projects.

3. Project Department of Alkoxylated High Performance Surfactants for 180,000 tons per year, Sasso (China) Chemistry Co., Ltd., Petrochemical Group Branch
The project is located in Nanjing Chemical Industrial Park, with a construction area of 11,164 and a contract value of 22.96 million yuan. The project entered in November 2017 and strictly controlled the safety and quality according to the standards of foreign-funded projects. In the company's safety and quality inspection in the second half of 2018, safety and quality ranked first. The project department was awarded the "2 million Safety Work Hours Award" by the owner and the management company, and the relevant personnel were awarded the "Outstanding Safety Contribution Award" and "Outstanding Safety Manager", striving to win the "China Installation Star".

4. Project Department of Yangpu Product Oil Terminal, Sinopec (Hong Kong), Jinzhou Branch of the Group
The project is located in Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Hainan, with a contract value of nearly 160 million yuan. The main body of the project includes a series of supporting facilities such as 1-4 The project department entered in June 2017 and completed the handover in November 2018, which is the largest product depot terminal of Sinopec. Sinopec executives highly praised and fully affirmed the project department and praised Qian'an in Jiangsu as a team with excellent style.

5. The Second Phase Project Department of Urumqi Innovation Plaza, Jinshun Branch of the Group
The project is located in Urumqi, Xinjiang, with a construction area of nearly 73,000 km2 and a construction population of 70 people. The project department pays attention to doing well in project planning, drawing optimization and model work, planning specific work with high standards, strictly enforcing quota construction standards, and building the whole project well. The Xinjiang Autonomous Region Association for Construction and the Urumqi Municipal Government held on-site meetings successively, which were praised by the inspection team of the Ministry of Construction in the sampling inspection activities.

6. Project Department of Convenient Service Center, Lhasa, Tibet, Jinshun Branch of the Group
The project is located in Lhasa City, Tibet, with a construction area of 64,000 m3 and a construction population of 1500. The project department came into operation at the beginning of this year, and has been in operation for 10 months, with a cumulative construction output value of 180 million yuan, and the construction progress has reached the expected target. The project department has formulated strict system in safety and civilized management, construction quality management and technical management, and achieved good results. It ranks the top three in the comprehensive inspection of the group company in the second half of the year. The project strives to create the "Standardized Chemical Land of Tibet Autonomous Region" and "Quality Project of Lhasa City".

7. Group Jinweida Branch Century Ziweiyuan Phase I Project Department
The project is located in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, with a construction area of 235,000 feet and a construction population of 1200 people. The project department is equipped with high standard management team and labor service team, formulates detailed safety and quality management system and strictly enforces it, forms a safety production coverage network, and no safety and quality accidents occur. In the first half of 2018, the safety assessment ranked the top three in the comprehensive inspection. With the only full score, Suqian was awarded the green license for dust control, and was named the standardized demonstration site in Suqian. The project strives to create "Yangtze Cup" and "Provincial Standardized Star Site".

8. Tangshan LNG Receiving Station Emergency Peak-shaving Guarantee Engineering Project Department
The project is located in Caofeidian Industrial Park, Tangshan City, with two 160,000 square LNG tanks and related supporting facilities. The project started in mid-May 2018, strictly implementing HSE management standards, integrating the best technology and resources for LNG storage tank construction, and the one-time pass rate reached 100%. The whole lifting process of T-1209 tank takes only 1 hour and 35 minutes, creating the fastest record of the same capacity lifting of domestic cryogenic tank. The project department was praised by Party A as "Excellent Team for Safety Production in the First Half of 2018".

9. Lubricant Projects Department of Fox Lubricant (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., Henry Branch of the Group, with an annual output of 100,000 tons
The project is located in Wujiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Suzhou, with a contract value of 206 million yuan and 390 construction personnel. During the construction of the project, every time-limit node of Party A is completed on schedule, and the entry conditions of Party A's equipment are met in advance. There are no safety accidents or quality accidents. In the first half of the comprehensive inspection of the group company, safety ranked second and quality ranked fifth, and was awarded the "800,000 safety hours zero accident" award by Party A. Project managers and safety personnel were commended.

10. Project Department of 70 MW Agricultural Greenhouse Photovoltaic Power Station in Zhengdong and Dongping, Fujian Province, Group Jinhe Photovoltaic Branch
The project is located in Zhenghe, Fujian Province. EPC is the general contractor with a total contract cost of nearly 350 million yuan. The project is the largest single project undertaken by the sub-company. It raises all the technical backbone forces to participate in the project construction. With its solid and rich practical experience, it overcomes many difficulties. Finally, in December 2018, the project realized full-capacity grid connection, benefiting about 2500 households in Zhengzhou and local areas, benefiting more than 10,000 people.

11. Euro-Italian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Jinduo Branch of the Group, 15 billion/year FDA of Oral Pharmaceutical Agents and Three-dimensional Warehouse Installation Project Department of Supplementary Facilities Expansion Project in Pharmaceutical Area
The project is located in Shijiazhuang Hi-tech Development Zone, Hebei Province. It belongs to Class C elevated warehouse with a construction area of about 20,000 feet. After entering the project department, it actively formulates and implements the corresponding management system and tasks, uses BIM technology to deepen the design, strictly controls the quality and safety, pays attention to the prevention and control of all kinds of risks, and has zero accidents in safety and quality since the start of the project. The project quality has won many praises and praises from the owner company and the participating units. In the second half of the comprehensive inspection of the group company, the quality ranks the top three.

12. Project Department of Medical Products of Johnson & Johnson (Suzhou) Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., Maosheng International Branch of the Group
The project is located in Suzhou Industrial Park, with a contract size of 52.5 million yuan and 255 construction personnel. There are no safety accidents and quality accidents in the whole process of project construction, and it has won the first place in the safety and quality inspection in the second half of the year. The project department was awarded the Johnson & Johnson Safety Work Hour Award of 1 million, and the safety manager was awarded the Best Safety Manager Award.

13. Phase I Project Department of Yangzhong Intelligence Park, Jinhongyi Branch of the Group
The project is located in Yangzhong City, Zhenjiang, with a construction area of 56,000 square meters and a contract value of 430 million yuan. The project is the first public EPC general contracting project of the Group Company, which started in December 2017. The project pays attention to safety and quality management, and there are no safety and quality accidents. The project uses ten new technologies and is selected as the target project of Jiangsu Province's construction industry's new technology quotation demonstration project. The project aims to ensure the "Yangtze Cup" of Jiangsu Province and win the national high-quality engineering award. 14. Group Nantong Company Jiangmen Pengjiang Biguiyuan Phase I Project Department
The project is located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, with a construction area of 97,700 square meters. The project department is personally headed by the person in charge. Actively deploying elite troops will overcome the difficulties of tight time and heavy tasks, strictly control the quality and safety, and ensure that every detail can withstand consideration. The project was rated as the Benchmarking Project of Biguiyuan Garden, ranked first in the middle region of Lijiang River and fourth in the whole country.
