Feelings of rotational internship

Time is like a white foal. I remember the day in midsummer when I introduced myself to induction training. Now it is early winter. Four months ago, I was a college graduate without working experience. Four months later, I was able to complete the corresponding tasks in my post. In retrospect, the process seems natural, but there are also many changes and gains.
The first is the change of personal roles. I used to be a student, a child of my parents, but now it's different. I have my work tasks and responsibilities. I have to worry about food, clothing, shelter and transportation, and face the big and small things in my life. I no longer have the carefree way I used to be. I think more about the present and the future, and the burden that comes with it. I really feel the change, or the pressure, worry and even confusion about the future. But these will not affect me, I am very clear, I want to maintain a normal heart, to maintain their enthusiasm, because these are all I have to face.
As for the gains at work, more. In the past four months, I have been in three departments of the company. Each Department has its own responsibilities, so I have also been exposed to a variety of work tasks, such as ordinary paperwork, record work to attend important company meetings, and work to government departments. It can be said that my work is not monotonous at all. This also enables me to know the company's predecessors faster, faster integration into this harmonious collective. I also have a lot of feelings about this process. First of all, "Practice leads to true knowledge". Although theoretical knowledge in class is important, real work practice can help us understand this industry better and faster. Just like the theoretical knowledge we have learned is the skeleton, but only by practice can we have flesh and blood, and become a real individual with soul and thought. Another feeling is to learn to integrate into society better. As a student in the past, I had little contact with the society, but now I have stepped onto the job. Especially when I face everything in my life, the sentence "society is complex" is quite touching. Whether it is work or life, I am a young man. I think a sentence from General Wu is very useful to me: "Do things with thinking, have your own ideas". It teaches me how to better understand society and integrate into society. Also, I am very lucky to be able to come to this company, this warm family, where I feel the special kindness of the people in my hometown. I am very grateful to you, especially the leaders for your concern. Your advice, suggestions and concerns really benefit me a lot.
Summary is not only a review of the past, but also a prospect for the future. For me, the career path is just beginning. It's up to me to decide which way to go. So I have to remind myself that only by taking the right direction can we avoid detours. (Shi Huijie)
