First of all, do a good job in career planning. Accounting is a profession that pays great attention to practical experience and professional titles. Its entry threshold is very low. It is difficult for it to develop in the future. In order to achieve good development, we should pay attention to accumulating experience in our work. Secondly, we must have the ability of financial management, financial decision-making and cooperation. Thirdly, we must obtain the necessary qualification certificate of accounting profession.
Secondly, find the right way to learn. Everyone has different learning methods, and each examination has different coping methods. For me, attending classes is actually the best way. I downloaded the videos of the Congress into the computer, listened to the basic courses of the Congress once at a rate of 1.5 times, and listened to the important chapters of the exam repeatedly. Gaohui is an open-book exam, but it is heavy and time-intensive. Therefore, it is very important to be familiar with the textbooks for examinations. When examining, we can identify the chapters corresponding to the test points and locate them quickly. As for exercise questions, I personally think that it is not more about more but more about better. As long as the teacher clarifies the topic explained in the basic class, and completes the real questions for nearly three years, he will be able to cope with the college entrance examination sufficiently.
Third, perseverance and perseverance are needed. Famous teachers are very important, but I have my own perseverance in the matter of examinations. Maybe it's because I can never read professional books carefully without going to the exam, so the exam has become a means of my study. Two months before the College Entrance Examination, it was a hot day. I read three hours a day. I walked in the garden for an hour every morning. My mobile phone played the courseware of the teachers in the net school. When I walked in the evening, it was still courseware in my mobile phone. I heard that the reference rate of the National College Entrance Examination last year was less than 50%. They were not defeated by the examination questions, but were defeated by their perseverance and courage.
Fourth, pay attention to the accumulation of knowledge in peacetime. It is not difficult for Gao Hui, mainly accounting, financial management and internal control. The theory of financial management in China has not been updated for some time. More than a decade ago, Gao Hui still took part in the rolling budget, cost-volume-profit analysis and break-even analysis. When I only had more than two months to prepare for the exam this time, I was really accumulating knowledge during the exam. Seeing the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) in the book reminded me of a time ago when I saw the chairman of Haidilao talking about the management of "I did so many KPIs, but lost to a little girl at the bar", so that I had a clearer understanding of KPI.
In June 2018, I declared the qualification assessment of senior accountants on schedule. On September 27, the Provincial People's Society Department announced the results of the evaluation of the Provincial Accounting Professional Senior Professional and Technical Qualification Assessment Committee. I am honored to pass the evaluation. Looking at the thick set of exercises I have done, I have been touched by my efforts.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
